Did Titus Salt, near Bradford town,
a wondrous pleasure dome decree ...



... No, not quite. Yet the building that was built for Sir Titus Salt by the Bradford architects Lockwood and Mawson between the years 1851 and 1853 remains part of a major social statement for a "New Industrial Age".
