A last minute equaliser from hosts Kendal Town was enough to deny the Celts victory in an exciting 2-2 draw.

The visitors trailed 1-0 at the break after some sloppy defending but pulled level on 76 minutes when Amjad Iqbal finished well.

Four minutes later Andy Watson put the Celts ahead before rock bottom Kendal fought back with a last gasp equaliser.

The result still leaves the Celts in 7th spot with Witton Albion visiting Throstle Nest next Sunday. The following Tuesday Lee Sinnott's side face Selby Town in the West Riding County Cup semi-final.
